Melbourne Design Market

Showcasing Melbourne’s creativity, style and design in the heart of the CBD, July sees the Melbourne Design Market take up residence at Federation Square once more. Featuring a curated mix of eclectic homewares, fashions, ideas and products, the original Melbourne Design Market welcomes 30+ new stallholders, including Power To Make – who are set to launch their new range of digitally crafted contemporary furniture and household products, The Social Studio – a fashion school-come-cafe-come-designer clothing label set to preview the style and skills of the young refugee community and their transformation of recycled materials into original design, as well as bespoke lighting architect Christopher Boots who hand crafts unique lighting and furniture pieces for the home, business and garden

Melbourne Design Market Event Coordinator Elizabeth Collins says, “We are so thrilled to be back at Federation Square in our eighth year for what has become an iconic Melbourne event. The quality of the goods and the number of applications we receive continues to rise and the standard continues to impress us.”

Meet the designers, enjoy fine food and coffee, and be part of the Melbourne Design Market’s own style in fostering and promoting design. The next Melbourne Design Market is on Sunday July 29th. Entry is free.
