Sydney-based photography collective, Pool, is once again showing its support to emerging photographic talent, by giving $10,000 to one deserving photographer.
Now in it’s third year, the Pool Grant is open to emerging photographers, and will assist one winner to research, create and produce a photographic project of their choice.
To be in the running, you must be an Australian resident, aged 18+ years and:
- A currently enrolled student of photography; or
- A working photographer’s assistant; or
- A practicing photo artist with less than three years recognised experience; or
- A professional photographer with less than three years commercial experience.
Want to win? Just submit your artist statement (150 words max) and a proposal (300 words max) detailing how you envisage making your project a reality, along with some examples of your work. Entries close midnight 29 April with the winner announced on 24 May at the Pool Grant Exhibition. To enter, visit the The Pool Grant website.
