RT @hellobrendan: Rodchenko 120 poster exhibition, now on at Melbourne Museum as part of @agIdeas - http://t.co/iKw1z1ZI
Got time for a personal project? The Association of Australian Boutique Winemakers is calling on designers to enter the Wine Industry Design Competition. It’s the first year that the awards program is open to both winemakers and designers, with the introduction of a new category ‘Designer’s Choice’.
Both student and professional designers are invited to develop a wine label design for a fictitious brand – either Tasmanian Riesling or Mornington Peninsula Pinor Noir. The name, branding and design must all be original and must be mocked up onto an appropriate bottle (full or empty). The judges will be looking for a design with both commercial value and visual impact, and will award the winner a $2000 cash prize.
You can download the entry pack here. Closing date for entries is 12 April 2012.
