Cole Accounting offers small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) a hands on business partner providing support, expertise and solutions normally reserved for larger organisations.
The brief was to create an online brand that successfully communicated their diversity as an accounting and business solutions provider. The role of the website was to provide a business location that allows potential clients to get a clear understanding of who Cole Accounting is and what they do.
A key part of the strategy was to clearly identify the issues SMEs face and provide a solution based on proven experience. Each ‘Services’ page is divided into clear, easily read and understood sections. The graphical header identifies the issues pertaining to the service industry, the header outlines Cole Accounting’s experience and the body text details how this experience will provide a solution.
This key strategy along with a defined communication tone: “professional, conservative, unique, relatable, credible, flexible and experienced”, carefully selected stock photography with a focus on ‘smart corporate’ and the use of the corporate colours, provides a visual for the functional benefits of the brand.
