Fuumi is a new sushi ‘food bar’ in Kristiansand, Norway. The bar wanted a logo that would allow the flexibility to broaden the type of the food served i.e. not limited to sushi alone. Dog & Bone proposed this identity based around origami (changing and morphing) and fish (Japan and Kristiansand have a strong connection to fish and fishing). ‘The Collection’ is a daily exclusive sushi menu the bar wanted to offer.
