@studiocatherine Not in the slightest! Our printers just require a little extra time.
Randling, Zapruder’s new word-related game show, hosted by Andrew Denton, recently launched on Australian screens, with a look created by ZSPACE.
ZSPACE won the pitch and created the integrated branding of the show including opener, in-show graphics, set graphics, logo, ten team logos and App design.
The team logos are an integral part of the show and were created in collaboration with the team members. ZSPACE designers had fun visualising the dynamics of each, and receiving their feedback.
The brief for the titles was to be “over the top and fun.” ZSPACE’s idea of letters frolicking at a carnival plays on the idea of the teams and the audience on a fun, fabulous ride. It is colourful (like some of the language on Randling) and relies on a lot of 3D.
“It is a ‘Randling world’, a mash up of randomness, expression and quirkiness – brought to life through the personality of language: letters and words. Typographically driven, we injected plenty of character and fun as we visualised the weird, wonderful world of language,” said ZSPACE Creative director, Gavain Browne.
