STUDIO: Electric ArtDESIGNER(S): Electric Art
CLIENT: Reckitt Benckiser
The guys at Electric Art (EA) jumped at the chance to work on this very involved brief for Euro/Houdini Feats Sydney. EA involved all departments to bring to life this large production number. Photographer and long time collaborator, Stephen Stewart was on board to shoot stills and motion footage in EA’s in-house studio. Stewart shot the shirt in sections floating inside a tank for maximum control and then went on to capture streams of bubbles as well as the product under water. The shapes of the ‘Stains’ and streams of bubbles were created in 3D using a particle system. The type and tank were also modeled in 3D and integrated together in retouching. Part of the brief was to create an animated version of the print. EA created this from 2D and shot motion assets. You can view the video here.
