Chairs are the sort of mundane object that one would imagine could never be linked to Christopher Nolan’s Inception. Vivian Chiu’s Inception Chair however clearly brings the concept of a dream within a dream to life. A description more apt is chair within a chair, in fact ten of them. Comprised of ten interlocking frames the chair creates a unique optical effect of a never-ending hallway. Chiu is a student at Rhode Island School of Design studying Furniture Design.
