It’s not uncommon for designers to either take part in a range of industry labours of love or to run a side project or business which they’re passionate about. Melbourne-based Karishma Kasabia and Vivek Dugar are no exception. They run design studio Kish+Co, and on the side have developed Kish & Evie Goodness, an exotic clothing and accessories brand.
The current range is based on Kish’s recent trip to Mexico, inspired by Frida Kahlo and a bit of Dia De Los Muertos, and is named ‘Take Me Back to Mexico’. Perfectly timed for winter, the scarves are made from pashmina, hand-embroidered and each design is tied to a story from Mexico.
