When my parents built our house in the late 70′s they used slate for the flooring.
It was a ‘very modern choice’ as my mum likes to tell me.
My mum would be hard pressed to find anything more ‘modern’ or indeed spectacular than these wooden carpets by Central St Martins Graduate, Elisa Strozyk.
