Print and Paper

With another new issue of Desktop comes another monthly mix from our friend Ron Radge. You may recall last month Radge put together a sensational mix for our editorial theme of Sea Change, and this month he’s not only topped the previous mix, but he’s done it around the challenging theme of Print and Paper.

The Sea Change mix was born out of the happy coincidence that Radge himself was travelling at the time (from Sydney, to Bangkok, to NYC) but for this mix he’s taken a different, yet equally personal, approach to putting the music together.

“Basically this mix is based around all the music I used to listen to at the time when I was studying photography and printmedia at the Canberra School of Art. I would spend hours on end in the photography darkrooms and the screenprinting workshops and this is the stuff I was listening to while I was there, between 2001 and 2005″

We hope you enjoy this second entry in our series of Desktop monthly mixes.
