Do you love pulling documents together and take pride in the production of corporate documentation?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Bid Team of a global leader who specialises in the provision of corporate services across 150 countries. Reporting to the Bid Manager, this is a fast paced environment and you thrive on the challenge of creating order out of chaos.

A key contact for a range of stakeholders, you are able to transform supplied text and images into beautifully formatted tender documentation that is instrumental in winning bids by reflecting a world class organisation.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word and PowerPoint
  • Thorough understanding of style sheets and formatting skills
  • High level of organisation
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Ability to work autonomously under pressure
  • Understanding page layouts, designs and templates
  • Strong time management skills, able to meet strict deadlines
  • Effectively communicate with a range of key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS Suite (PC Environment)
  • Experience working with large scale tender documents and advantage

This is a role that requires flexibility in respect to achieving deadlines which is reflected in a generous remuneration package. It is a great opportunity to work for a global leader and will initially be offered as a three month contract with an option to extend.
