The winning design of the Art of Wrap Design Competition will be the official Stockland’s Christmas wrapping creative for 2016.

The Art of Wrap Design Competition will see one lucky artist’s design commercially printed and featured as the official Stockland’s Christmas wrapping creative for 2016. Thousands of presents across 43 Stockland shopping centres nationally will be wrapped and bowed with the design this festive season.

Stockland retail campaign manager Eliza Hodgson says: “The Art of Wrap competition is a great opportunity for creative Australians to not only see their designs come to life, but to see thousands of presents wrapped in their creative. It is a great opportunity to share your art as well as win some great prizes.”

To help spread the word about the competition and inspire other artists to get sketching, Stockland has collaborated with renowned fashion illustrator and blogger Sally Spratt aka ‘The Lust List’.

“Christmas is my favourite time of the year, a time to let your creativity shine, with decorations, fashion and of course your Christmas wrapping. I encourage all young designers to have a go and submit their designs,” says Spratt.

The overall winner will not only have their design printed but will also receive a new MacBook Air. A people’s choice winner will receive a $500 Prepaid Visa card and three runner’s up will each receive a $300 Prepaid Visa card.

The Art of Wrap Design competition is open until 17 October, 5pm. Entrants can submit up to 10 different designs via the competition website template which can be found online here.
