It’s a handsome collection with over 500 colour illustrations and images that would get you swooning for more. But it isn’t just about the pictures.

This book also includes insightful essays from those who understand the language and beauty of letters such as Rick Poynor, Emily King, Paul Shaw, Monika Parrinder and Colin Davies. Their essays explore the past and future of type design and are a delightful read.

It’s a great and all-encompassing little volume that celebrates all things type design. You definitely want this on your bookshelf.
