Working up a sweat for The Partners’ 12 mile Christmas card

This year, the Partners’ team set themselves the small feat of creating something innovative and technologically driven that could be delivered with charm, and at the same time, show their support for the St Mungo’s Broadway charity. Armed with Go Pros and the Strava run-mapping app, 12 of the agency’s employees ran a curated 12-mile relay around the streets of London.

Creative director Andrew Aldridge has taken a unique slant on the studio’s Christmas card this year, with the Partners’ solution to this multi-layered challenge being: ‘The 12 Miles of Christmas’. Once the course is completed, the final twist reveals that the app has a tracked a full route that illustrates a 12-mile image of Santa’s head – arguably London’s biggest Christmas card. Aldridge is a corporate supporter of St Mungo’s Broadway and the agency hopes that the ‘card’ will “raise a wry smile as well as plenty of money” for St Mungo’s Broadway, in addition to the agency’s own financial contribution.
