Circus – The Festival of Commercial Creativity 2011

Circus is a four-day event showcasing creative excellence, business innovation and imagination running at Sydney’s CarriageWorks 22 – 25 February 2011.

The festival will incorporate the Battle of Big Thinking, which sees high profile speakers from advertising through to government battle it out for the ‘biggest idea’, presentations of the business cases behind great marketing campaigns, closing off with the industry’s creative awards night, the AWARD Awards. The event will also see Google host an interactive showcase of YouTube content and celebrate the industry’s upcoming talent at SHOTS director of the year.

Headliners include Jose Cabaco – global brand creative rirector Nike Sportswear, Jess Greenwood – director, Contagious Insider, Josh Spear – leading US marketing strategist, Charles Wigley – chairman BBH Asia, Rob Campbell – regional head of creative strategy W+K (Shanghai), and Marvin Chow, marketing director Asia Pacific & Japan, Google.

Melbourne speakers include: Ant Keogh, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne and Mieke Buchan – Triple M, Melbourne.
