Richard McGuire has done a lot of things and been pretty good at all of them. His children’s books win awards and worthy of note for their great illustration (as are his animated shorts), he makes comics, and experiments with sound sculpture installations. He was also co-founder and bassist in Liquid Liquid (you can’t miss his bass in 1983′s Cavern).

Now he has released Puzzlehead, a game which is, simply, a puzzle of wooden heads. Based on his illustrations, the heads are nosey little noggins that interlock as a brainteaser, but can be used as sculptural installation around the house, too.

If you love lifestyle objects that double as toys and triple as art investments, you can grab Puzzlehead at Third Drawer Down for $65.
